每次饭前绕操场快走两圈,是个不错的实践,可以尝试下,看是否可以替代跑步。

早餐Edit

白粥是最好的食物,最多加一个菜,这样比较清淡.早饭鸡蛋最好不吃,因为胆固醇有点高.

午餐Edit

只吃素菜,最近运动量不大,又吃早饭,所以午饭2两饭比较合适。

晚餐Edit

如果有运动计划,则吃三两。会加一个荤菜,其他以素食为主。
